About Paso Underground Wine Collective
Paso Underground Wine Collective is named for the underground — the cultural concept of a creative movement that operates beneath the mainstream surface, the community of makers who find each other outside the traditional channels. The Paso Underground collective brings together smaller Paso Robles micro-producers who share tasting room space and the collective identity of operating outside the established estate winery system.
The Ramada Drive location near the Tin City craft beverage district serves as the collective's meeting point, offering visitors access to multiple small producers' wines under one collective identity. The walk-in format, dog-friendly atmosphere, and family-welcoming character make the Underground one of Paso Robles' most approachable collective experiences.
