Promontory is Will Harlan's territorial ambition: a vast, wild Oakville-adjacent domain of ridge and forest discovered by his father Bill Harlan, producing a single estate wine that seeks something distinct from Harlan Estate and BOND, raised in a monumental winery of stone and timber and aged longer than nearly any peer before release.
By-appointment visits move through the dramatic architecture toward extended-format tastings of a wine built for decades. The third Harlan pillar, hewn from the hill itself.
