Summit Cellars

Summit Cellars is a small family vineyard and winery in Palisade, in the heart of the Grand Valley AVA, farming some of the oldest vines in the valley. Its wines lean toward reds and red blends with a serious core and a playful streak.

The estate's mature vines go into Cabernet, Merlot, and Pinot reds and red blends, alongside a fruity Chardonnay. The winery is family-run and its tasting room is not currently open for public tastings, so the best way to find the wines is directly through the winery or at Grand Valley wine events.
