Beaulieu Vineyard is one of Rutherford's defining historic producers, and its visitor experience now centers on the restored 1885 winery and hospitality center. The 1885 Tasting
The signature flight, poured in the Rutherford Atrium, the soaring central hall where the ceiling is a dramatic inverted pyramid of redwood reclaimed from the old wine tanks that once stood in the room. An optional tea tower of small bites, including a Pinot Noir soaked deviled egg with caviar, can be added.
