About Mithra Winery
Mithra Winery is a small estate producer on Mount Veeder in Napa Valley, associated with proprietor Aria Mehrabi and named for the ancient deity Mithras (the site carries the Latin motto "Soli Invicto Mithrae"). Its 2016 vintage was described as the winery's seventeenth, pointing to a founding in the late 1990s.
The winery is estate-grown and bottled, producing a single flagship Cabernet Sauvignon blend (roughly 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec) in small lots of around 350 cases. There is no public tasting room; access is by private, invitation-based appointment, with an interest list for prospective visitors.
