About Massican Wines
Massican Wines is a Napa Valley wine producer, established in 2009. Dan Petroski's Italian-inspired white-wine label was sold to Gallo's Luxury Wine Group in 2023, with Petroski staying on as winemaker. Dan Petroski spent nearly 15 years making Cabernet at Larkmead before launching Massican as a departure into Mediterranean-style whites in 2009.
E. & J. Gallo's Luxury Wine Group bought Massican in August 2023, with Petroski continuing on as winemaker and partner. Fruit is drawn from more than a dozen vineyards across Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Lodi rather than a single estate.
We have not found a published schedule for routine public tasting at Massican Wines. The wines are sold direct or through the trade, and any visit would be by arrangement, so contact the producer before planning one.
